A front door
A home page with one job: say what the community is and send the visitor to its main action.
Draconis gives an organized community a proper home on the web: who it is, how it is structured, and how to join.
A home page with one job: say what the community is and send the visitor to its main action.
Each department, division or team gets a card and a page of its own, all drawn from one data file.
Markdown pages with a page tree, links to every section, and search that runs in the visitor's browser.
Every optional page stays switched off until its content is written, so a site can open small and grow.
Draconis provides the structure: the pages, the layout and the way everything behaves. Your community provides the identity: its name, its colors, its imagery, its words and the terms it uses.
The dragon at the top of this page is the default Draconis artwork. A community with artwork of its own uses that instead.
A community's identity is set up with its site and kept in files of its own. Draconis has no customization screen or admin area today.
See what a community can change
Each site running on Draconis is a deployment: one community's settings, content and images, kept apart from the platform and from every other site. The platform supplies the rest, so every site gets the same layout, accessibility and behavior.
Better Nights Roleplay is the first community built with Draconis, and the site the platform was built and tested against.
Draconis is made by Dragon Fhang Studios, a small studio that builds games, software and community tools.
Draconis now has a site of its own, running as a second deployment of the platform.
Every page type planned for the first version of the platform is built.
